At Chocolate Fashion Signature, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in our chocolate creations. Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while respecting the unique nature of our products.

 

Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective, due to their bespoke nature.
  4. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

 

Process for Returns

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@chocolatefashionsignature.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Returns are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
  3. Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Please send your return to the following address: 6 Patshull Close, B43 6QP. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@chocolatefashionsignature.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any shipping costs associated with the return of damaged or defective items.

Chocolate Fashion Signature reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our service following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
